What Diimsum does

Players talk about games everywhere except where studios are looking: late-night Discord channels, Steam reviews, Reddit threads, and Chinese platforms most Western teams never read. Diimsum reads all of it, translates it, and sorts every message into four severity levels (Neutral, Concern, Complaint, Bug) and 20+ issue types such as login, payment, and crashes.

Repeated reports become a single issue with a count and examples. Alerts flag real spikes in Slack or email, Actions tracks each issue from Inbox to Resolved and checks that players stop reporting it after the fix, and DeepDive lets anyone on the team ask questions in plain language and get answers cited from real player messages.

How to spell it

Diimsum is spelled d-i-i-m-s-u-m, with two i's. It is a software company, not the Cantonese food dim sum, although our dumpling mascot is a nod to it. If a search engine corrects you to "dim sum", add "AI" to your search or go straight to diimsum.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Diimsum reads only public content and the channels a studio authorizes, uses role-based access with audit logs, and deletes data on request. Our SOC 2 audit and ISO 27001 certification are in progress. See our privacy policy.
